Manufacture Specifications:
The International Judo Federation (IJF) has introduced new specifications for judogi to be used in IJF events. The new specifications took effect as of the 2011 Senior World Championships held in August, 2011. KuSakura is an official supplier of judogi, certified to comply with the new specifications and judogi and belt models which are compliant with the new specifications contain an IJF logo in the graphic.

Key points with the new specification are a flexible collar set to a standardised IJF measure, slightly longer sleeves and a longer jacket skirt, reaching to at least 2/3 of the distance from the hip bone to the top of the knee.
